2008 Men's Singles League Policies!

1. All matches are scheduled for Monday night. If you are unable to play that night, it is your responsibility to reschedule. If the match is not made up, the player that was unable to play on the designated night will receive a default.

* IMPORTANT NOTICE *

If any player receives more than 2 defaults, he will be unable to play in the following league. We have had too many players not getting to play all of their matches because of opponent cancellations or no-shows. Barring any emergencies, please be available to play on Monday night at your designated times.

2. If an indoor court is needed for a make-up match, indoor court costs will apply. Indoor court time is 18$ an hour.

3. Start times will be at 6:00pm & 7:30pm. We cannot take requests for specific start times. All efforts will be made to divide start times equally among players. Do not adjust your start time. For instance, if you are scheduled for 7:30, do not come any earlier. Due to the large number of participants, all of the courts will be in use.

4. Please follow the match format accordingly. Matches will be 2 out of 3 sets. Third sets will need to be played as 10 point tie-breakers ( first one to 10 points winning by 2 ) due to time constraints and back to back matches. Please do not play out a full 3rd set. If you have any questions about the tie-breaker, please ask.

5. Your first match is scheduled for April 7th. A complete schedule with your match times and opponents will be provided on our website at www.sportsplextennis.com  a few weeks before the start date. It will also provide you with information regarding pre-match and post-match procedures as well as what do in the event of rain.

6. Entries for all leagues must be made in person and be accompanied with payment.
